There are three steps up to a large kitchen / dining area with seating around a modern dining table for 6 people, the kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
Also included on the ground floor is a double bedroom with TV and DVD player and an en-suite shower room with WC.
On the first floor there is a further double room and a twin room both with TV's and DVD Players, a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC and a large gallary landing area which offers guests a quiet area to read and relax but also offers a pull out double futon for those wishing to sleep up to 8 people.
The hire charge includes bed linen and tea towels and all heating, lighting and utilities.
