The properties are situated in the grounds of Mevagissey House on the edge of the village, with views of Heligan in one direction and the coastline in the other.
We have three traditional Cornish cottages:
The Coach House: A detached cottage with the accommodation on the first floor above the original stables. It has a comfortable sitting room with TV and video, dining area and open fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has 3ft wide bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 is a small cot room.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, basin, WC and shaver point.
Outside there is a large garden, patio area with garden furniture and rotary washing line.
Storage heating, electricity and bed linen included. Sleeps 2 adults + 2 children and cot, or 3 adults.
Goose Cottage: Adjoins the main house and accommodates two people. All rooms are on the ground floor and consist of a cosy sitting room with TV, radio, kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge.
Double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath with glass screen, WC, basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.
A stable door leads to a large sunny patio area with garden furniture and washing line.
The cottage is centrally heated and all heating, electricity and bed linen are included. Sleeps 2. Sorry no children.
Glebe Cottage: Stone steps lead up to this pretty comfortable one bedroom studio apartment, with a double bed, sitting area, TV, spacious shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
A separate kitchen with 2-ring mini-oven and grill, fridge, and everything required for self-catering, plus a folding dining table and chairs.
Guests are able to sit out in the gardens and enjoy the stunning sea and village views. Ample parking, electricity, heating and bedlinen included (no towels). Sleeps 2 max, sorry no pets or children of any age in this property - no smoking.

Directions
From St Austell take the B3273 to Mevagissey. Drive past Pentewan Sands campsite and continue up the hill to crest. Turn left at crossroads, right at mini-roundabout into Vicarage Hill and first right into driveway of Mevagissey House.
