Set over four floors each of the seven self-contained holiday flats caters for between 2 and four guests. All are well presented and comfortably furnished with colour television, private shower and w.c. facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge, electric cooker and microwave. One free parking space is available for each flat. Children over 6 years are welcome.
Included in the weekly price quoted is all bed linen and towels, central heating, a welcome treat and one parking space. There is a drying area, ironing facilities and metered electricity.
Teign Court is open all year with Short Breaks available between November and March. Dogs are welcome to join their owners on holiday in Flats 1,2 and 8 at an additional charge of £10 per week.
Flats 1 and 2 are situated on the ground floor and sleep between 2 and four guests. They have lovely views across the promenade, and dogs are welcome.
Flats 3 and 4 are on the first floor and cater for 3 and four guests. They both have far reaching sea views, taking in the Grand Pier.
Flats 5 and 6 are on the second floor and sleep 2 and four guests respectively. Both flats have panoramic sea views across Lyme Bay.
Flat 8 is situated on the lower ground floor and has no views. It sleeps 2 to 4 guests and a dog is welcome.
