The cottage is cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a private sunny garden and off road parking.
The Knavesmire, which is just over the road from the cottage is a lovely place to walk or exercise your dog.
Conveniently situated for visiting the historic city, national Railway Museum or a day at the races. York races hold several meetings throughout the season.
An excellent pub and restaurant facilities, a fabulous deli and a fish and chip shop are all within 2 minutes walk of the cottage.
