At Gayton Road Fisheries we have 2 lodges for self catering lets.
The lodges are 2 bedroomed, fully centrally heated dwellings with full bathroom (including shower over bath) and kitchen complete with fridge/freezer and gas cooker and hob, a dinning area divides the kitchen from living room which has satellite Freeview flat screen TV and DVD.
The back door opens out onto a raised decking area with patio furniture and a triple burner gas barbeque for your use.
This area overlooks Heron pool, a small fishery containing Carp, Tench and Bream. Fishing is also included in the cost of the lodge.
The site is a private fishery and fish farm, so peace and quiet is virtually guaranteed.

Directions
By Car:
Take the A47 from Kings Lynn towards Swaffham / Norwich. Approximately 5 miles out of Kings Lynn take the first left turn in the village of East Winch towards Gayton. Follow the road out of the village for 1.5 miles and find Grasslands on the left.
By Rail:
The nearest Railway Station is Kings Lynn with a regular bus service to East Winch or Gayton from where we could arrange collection for the final 1.5 mile journey.
By Air:
Should you have access to a light aircraft we can arrange the use of a private landing strip and aircraft parking area only 1 mile from Grasslands.
