The property is located just 15 minutes from Junction 17 on the M4, and 5 minutes from the main-line railway station, servicing Paddington - Bristol with connections to the South West.
The annexe is available all year round at a flat rate of £350.00 per week.
For bookings made for 3 weeks weeks in advance, a deposit of £50.00 is required, made payable to London Road Guest Accommodation (non refundable).
The annexe is available from 3pm on day of arrival, until 11am on the morning of departure. Arrivals at any other time by arrangement
