Cardigan Coastal Cottages are situated between the beautiful beaches of Aberporth and Mwnt. Activities include fishing on the River Teifi, sailing, dolphin-watching, and bird watching for red kite. The barn is linked to the new coastal path, which is a continuation of the Pembrokeshire coastal path.
Breakfast, packed lunches/evening meals are available on request.
They are a four-mile drive to Cardigan which is on the River Teifi. Visit Food for Thought, or the Pendre Art Gallery, and have a latte and slice of locally-made cake.
Dogs can be walked during peak weeks on the right-hand side of most local beaches except for Mwnt - but after admiring the whitewashed 15th century church, you can walk on the headland - enough exercise for any dog!
Eat fresh eggs from our own chickens and home-grown vegetables. Sample the local ice cream.
The Ship Inn at Tresaith and the Indian restaurant that floats on the Teifi at Cardigan are highly recommended.
St David's, Solva, Fishguard and Haverfordwest are easily accessible, and a longer drive will take you to Milford Haven where there are often tall ships to be seen, or Tenby.
Aberaeron is a short drive up the coast, where you can visit the craft centre, stroll around the harbour, eat the freshest seafood you could find at the award-winning The Hive on the Quay, and walk along the river.
Cardigan Coastal Cottages are on the Ceredigion coastal path and on a cycle link to the Sustrans Cardigan to Lampeter route.
Cardigan has a small but state-of-the-art, theatre/cinema.
