Access is over the flagged and gravel patio at the front of the cottage with entry to a hall, with separate toilet and washbasin.
Adjoining the hall is a modern, well equipped kitchen with ample space for dining. Off the kitchen is a cosy stylish lounge with laminate floor and flagged hearth with multi-fuel stove.
A stairway rises from the kitchen to a small landing that serves a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room with tiled shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. Also on the landing is an external door leading to a gravelled area at the rear of the cottage which is a pleasant place to enjoy the evening sunshine.
There are beautiful views down to Walden beck and across the dale from the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen with spectacular views both up and down the dale and out into Wensleydale from the patio, garden and around the cottage.
