This privately owned bungalow is situated in the St Ives Holiday Village, which is approximately 3 miles from the town of St Ives. The village is set in 100 acres of woodlands with some pleasant walks. In the holiday season there is a frequent bus service from the village for the non car customers.
The bungalow is ideal for up to four persons and is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Pets are also welcome and will be free of charge if booked direct with us. It is fully equipped for all your self catering needs including bedding. However, you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. During the holiday season there is an excellent shop on the site selling most items. The bungalow has televisions in all rooms and a DVD & Video player in the lounge. There is a selection of videos and DVDs (you can also bring your own) together with books to keep children entertained. There is a dedicated parking space for one car close by.
During the main season there is nightly entertainment and a children's club during the day. There is a heated indoor swimming pool and use of all the facilities is included in the price. The village is open all year round but the facilities are only available from the beginning of March to the end of October.

Disabled Facilities: Yes. Poppy's is all on one level and can be used by disabled people. However, the bathroom is restricted in size and could not accomodate a wheelchair.

Lelant Saltings Park and Ride (1 mile away) seving the branch line to St Ives and the main line.

How to find 237 Treva Croft by road:
From the end of the M5 at Exeter take the A30 (recommended route) heading for Okehampton and Launceston. (There is an alternative route via the A38 to Plymouth and Cornwall).
Continue on the A30 towards Bodmin.
Continue on the A30 towards Truro Redruth and Camborne.
Continue on A30 Towards Hayle & Penzance.
When reaching the Loggans Moor Roundabout Hayle take the A30 Hayle bypass (third exit left) towards Penzance.
At the end of the bypass you will come to a roundabout. The left hand lane is for the A30 which continues towards Penzance. You will need to take the right hand lane take the second exit left in to onto Nut Lane A3074 St Ives.
Head on down the hill for approximately 200 yards until you come to a mini roundabout.
Following the road continue over the mini roundabout for approximately 100 yards to the next mini roundabout.
Take the first exit left on to unclassified road passing (Watermill Inn on the right) and continue along this road for approximately 1 mile until you come to the first set of houses and the village sign of Lelant Downs.
Continue for approximately 300 yards and St Ives Holiday Village entrance is on the right.
When you go through the main entrance continue for 50 yards to roundabout turn right and take third exit where you will find the holiday village reception. All customers must report to the site-office upon arrival as a Health and Safety requirement.
