The house is situated in North-West England. Liverpool 2008 European capital of culture, with all its world class sporting and cultural activities,yet within a few minutes you can be in the heart of the Cheshire countryside or fishing/sailing out at sea.
The area is world famous for golf with the 2006 Open championship taking place only a few miles away,with another 2 Open championship venues within 30 minutes drive.
The location is ideally located for dining out, theatre,music both classical and popular, with all of the amenities that a large city has to offer.
Yet we are within a days touring distance of Roman Chester, North Wales, Lake district, Peak District, Bronte Country and even the Midlands.
Access to the National motorway network is only 2 miles away, which places London or Scotland within a four hour drive, making short stays in these locations quite feasible.
There are 2 International airports within 30 minutes of the house and even a sea ferry terminal serving Ireland is only 10 minutes from the house.
