Built in the 18th century and constructed of local Lincolnshire stone, the barn has been beautifully converted, with a great deal of care and attention to preserving its original features and charm.
The ground floor has a large well-equipped kitchen-dining room with ample space to seat 6 people for a meal.
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is spacious with a king size bed, solid pine furniture and en-suite bath-shower room.
The first floor sitting room with a large picture window, boasts panoramic views overlooking a tranquil grassy valley.
There is an additional shower room and two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds.
All rooms are spacious, whilst retaining a wealth of original features including polished wooden floors, timbers beams and exposed brickwork.
