Continue onto A5230- Follow Yeadon Way signed BlackpoolSouth
At roundabout turn right and turn left at next roundabout
Turn left onto Waterloo Road continue straight across roundabout onto promenade. Turn left, follow promenade and turn left at lights opposite Sandcastle Water Park We are second building on left on Osborne Road.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
The comfort & safety of our guests is of the utmost importance we ask that you follow the terms and conditions below and have an enjoyable stay.
RESERVATIONS
We welcome families, couples and seniors but regret we cannot accept groups of single people the lead booking member must be over 21. Any reservation accepted in error in respect of this condition will be cancelled on arrival and refunded less deposit, if you are unsure regarding this please contact us prior to booking. If you have any special needs please ensure we are advised
Online bookings ; You will be required to return the completed booking form online and pay the deposit by card or cheque.
Telephone bookings : You will be required to return the completed booking form and pay the deposit by card or cheque
Mail bookings : send completed form with deposit
All reservations will be confirmed in writing
ALL RENTALS : Dates are only reserved on receipt of deposit and must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to stay. Booking form must be accurate for all members of party, ages of all persons under 18 must be included and no amendments without our written acceptance.
CANCELLATION/AMENDMENTS : Deposits are non refundable, cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to stay you must pay the whole rental cost. Cancellations in writing only. You can insure against the risk of loss please ask us for details.
GENERAL : All bed linen is included however you must provide your own beach/tea towels Electricity and Gas charges are included, Cots & High chairs should be requested in advance.
DURING YOUR STAY
ARRIVAL : should be between 2pm and 6pm. Departure no later than 11am.
PERSONAL EFFECTS : It is your responsibility to look after and care for your possessions, valuables, money and vehicles. We accept NO liability for any loss you suffer. Ensure you are adequately insured and leave valuables at home. All risk of bodily injury is with the client.
SAFETY : your safety is of paramount importance to us. All apartments are non-smoking. Anyone smoking will be charged 100 pounds for extra cleaning on your departure. All public areas are non smoking. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your rental. Children must be supervised in public areas at all times. Visitors must obtain permission to enter.
DAMAGE : You must take care of our property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge for damage or removal of fittings if not notified to the owners. Failure to leave keys will incur a charge of 10 pounds. Any unauthorized person in an apartment will be charged at 50 pounds per night.
BEHAVIOUR : For everyone’s benefit we will not tolerate excessive noise, rowdy behavior or offensive language. Non compliance will result in termination of your rental without refund and involvement of the Police
