Directions
By Car from London (The South):
Take the M11/A11 to Norwich
Past all Thetford, Wymondham turnings
Go straight over Thickthorn Services roundabout (A47 Swaffham-Yarmouth)
Straight ahead at the next small roundabout (Hospital A&E)
Past Cringleford turning and into Norwich, past the "A Fine City" sign.
Down tree lined 'Newmarket Road' and turn left at first roundabout (Ring Road)
Watch out for the speed camera here (it goes from 40mph to 30mph)
Go straight through traffic lights
Go straight over the next roundabout (B1108)
And the next roundabout (A47/A1074)
Go through traffic lights (A1067), past Asda on left
Go through traffic lights (A140 Aylsham/Cromer)
Go through traffic lights (St Faith's Road on left and Robert Cole Shoes on right)
Turn left at next roundabout signposted B1150 to North Walsham.

By Car from Norwich:
B1150 to North Walsham
Lovely Farm Shop on right hand side as you get on open road, leaving Norwich!
Go through Coltishall, Scottow, past sign to Worstead and into North Walsham
Under railway bridge (with station on the right) and into the left hand lane at Traffic lights
Turn left (A149/B1145 Mundesley)
Go through Swafield, Knapton and down hill into Mundesley
Ignore left hand turn to Mundesley Village Centre and follow road round sharp to right.
Keep going past houses until you get to a T junction, where you turn left (B1159)
Past Royal Hotel and then road turns sharply to left (sea ahead of you)
Road narrows dramatically, so be careful! Go down and up the little hill.
Past The Ship pub on right and just after Jonet's Restaurant & Newsagent (all right hand side) is Beach Cottage.
White and flint house - Green Wooden gate. There is space for two cars.
If you get to the Manor Hotel (rhs) and Spar (lhs) you have gone too far.

By Car from the North:
A17 to Kings Lynn
A149 (Coast road) or A148 (quicker) to Cromer
In Cromer take the B1159 to Overstrand/Mundesley/Great Yarmouth
Past Trimingham and into Mundesley
Past church on lhs
Past SPAR on rhs and the Manor Hotel on your left
Covered seating areas and Coastguard lookout on green (with sea to your left)
On the far end of the green, on your left, is a white/flint wall. This is Beach Cottage.
Green wooden gate (just before a small row of shops (Newsagents/Jonet's Restaurant)
There is space for two cars.
If you get to The Ship pub on your left, you have gone too far.
