From the A47 Norwich bypass head for Great Yarmouth.
At Acle take the A1064 to Caister and follow this road until you reach Fleggburgh(Burgh St. Margaret).
Turn left into Town Road (Kings Arms Pub on corner) and follow this road around several sharp corners for about 1 mile.
Turn right into Court Road (signposted Ormesby 3 miles) and follow the lane for about 800 yards, passing Lady Broad Lane on your right. 25 yards before the sign to The Old Court House is the drive to the cottages.
