The Orchard Barn, Honiton
Woodhayes Farm dates back to the 14th century. The farm is located in the parish of Luppitt on the edge of the Black Down Hills just below Dumpdon Hill, an Iron Age hill fort and is also located close to the Jurassic Coast.

Woodhayes Farm is situated 1½ miles north east of Honiton. Take Dunkerswell road out of Honiton, cross small bridge (Langford Bridge) over the River Otter. Please use the following postcode EX14 4TP. Please be aware that this post code will take you just short of your destination , to lower Shaugh Farm which is the next farm after Woodhayes.r. 150 yards turn right. Woodhayes Farm is the first drive on left.
