This self-catering accommodation is open all year, situated in 30 acres of farmland, with breathtaking views of the meadow and down the valley towards Bude. The cottage is a unique conversion of a former milking parlour.
Each bedroom has 17" LCD televisions complete with Free view.
A travel cot and high chair are provided. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.
The bathroom is well equipped with a shower bath, WC and vanity unit. The second bedroom also offers ensuite facilities including a power shower. All fittings are of a very high standard.
Relax in a spacious lounge with comfortable seating. This room offers a 32" LCD TV with Sky package, a DVD, Hifi (MP3 compatible) and wireless Broadband connection. An outgoing phone is provided allowing free unlimited local and national telephone calls.
Extending on from the living room the Garden room offers breathtaking views overlooking the garden, meadow and valley beyond. A dining room table and chairs are provided.
Leading on from the garden room lies a private lawned garden with wavy path, which leads to a large patio complete with barbecue a large wooden table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave together with a washer/dryer washing machine and a dishwasher. All the crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are provided.

Directions
Follow the M5 south to Exeter. Take A30 to Okehampton/Launceston (dual carriageway all the way).
Just past Launceston take the next turn off to the left A395 for Wadebridge/Camelford. Follow A395 for 10 miles until you reach Hallworthy. Turn right after the Wilsey Down pub signposted Warbstow. Follow the road past the forestry. After 1.5 miles take a left turn signposted Trelash and then after 100 yards turn right signposted Trelash.
When you arrive in the hamlet of Trelash you will come to a crossroads. Turn right then immediately left down a short private lane where a warm welcome awaits you at Meadowview Cottage.
