Lying just outside Llanelli in rural Carmarthenshire, Trepartridge Cottage offers quality self catering accommodation in quiet surroundings but within easy reach of the M4 and the Carmarthenshire countryside and coastline
Trepartidge Cottage is a whitewashed converted stable block with beamed ceilings and all mod cons. It sits in a quiet valley next to a small farm. Our aim is to offer a home from home.
There is a fully equipped Shaker style kitchen diner with crockery and cutlery for 6, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
A conservatory overlooks the patio with patio furniture and a lawned area. There is also parking for 3 cars.
The living room has a settee, two single armchairs, colour TV, HiFi and log fire. Oil fired central heating and double glazing makes Trepartridge Cottage an ideal holiday base throughout the year and our aim is to provide a comfortable home from home.
A set of stairs off the living room leads upstairs where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and a cabin bed and bathroom with a toilet, wash-hand basin and a bath with shower. A cot, high chair and stairgates are available on request.

Directions
Come off the M4 at junction 48 and take the A4138 signposted to Llanelli ( follow the brown duckSymbol). Watch out as there is a 40mph speed limit and a camera just over the brow of the hill.
Follow the A4138 towards Llanelli through a set of traffic lights and the next two roundabouts.
At the third roundabout turn right and follow this road to a Tee junction onto the A476- there will be a hill rising up on the RHS. Turn left towards Llanelli do not go up hill.
Go straight across the mini roundabout and two zebra crossings (you pass the diplomat hotel, and the Thomas Arms pub). You then come to a large rectangular roundabout with a church in the centre keep in the right hand lane as you come onto this roundabout (signposted Carmarthen A484).
Once past the first exit move into the left hand lane and take second exit signposted A484 Carmarthen after about 100meters there is a pelican crossing go past this and turn right onto the B4309 ( signposted Pontyates and Trimsaran). There is also a brown sign to Glyn Abbey Golf course.
At the mini roundabout turn left onto the B4308 to Trimsaran, you are now about 2 miles from us
Go past the Farriers pub on RHs and up hill through the woods. You pass two minor roads on lhs
On the right hand side you come to a poultry farm with Eggs for sale advertised- slow down. The entrance to the farm is in about 200yds on the Left hand side of road.
There is a gate which is kept closed please come down lane before the old barns there is a
fork to the right, parking for the cottage is up this fork at the top corner there is plenty of room for parking, walk past old barn at top and enter the cottage through the conservatory.
