Windrush is a self catering three bedroom holiday home in the Northumberland coastal village of Seahouses, a perfectly situated position to explore the beautiful North East coastline and scenic countryside inland.
Seahouses is situated on the coast approximately two miles from Bamburgh with its stunning castle and beach. It is also approximately 12 miles from Alnwick with its renowned castle and garden. The house is a very short walk from the sea front and picturesque harbour. It is also very central for the village shops, eateries and pubs.
Seahouses is an ideal location for couples, friends and families. Highlights may include a boat trip to the Farne Islands or a day at the beach. The Scottish border and Berwick upon Tweed is approximately one hour drive away and Edinburgh is approximately two hours drive away with its wonderful castle and zoo.
The house has recently been renovated and this will be its first season for let. The house has on street parking to the front and side of the house. There is a garden to the rear of the house and a patio area with table and chairs to the side.
Accommodation
Hallway leading to living room, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom with WC.
The kitchen has a lovely light feel to it with its vaulted ceiling and Velux windows. The stylish kitchen units are in oak veneer with black marble effect work top. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with small freezer box, toaster, kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery, oven-ware and saucepans. Cleaning items such as washing up liquid, cloths, dishwasher tablets and tea towels are also provided. Tea, coffee and condiments are also included.
The dining room has a large table which will easily seat six people.
The living room has a three seater settee and two wicker armchairs. It has a TV, DVD, Freeview box, and Playstation 2 with games. This room leads through to the kitchen with a coffee area with two wicker armchairs and coffee table looking out to the garden which is accessed through patio doors.
Upstairs there is the main bathroom with sink, bath, WC and heated towel rail.

Second double bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe with shelves.
Third bedroom with bunk beds and fitted wardrobe.
The house is also equipped with a hoover, iron and ironing board, travel cot. A high chair and portable booster seat are also available on request.
Central heating, power and water is included. One set of duvets, linen and towels are included.
The house can sleep up to six people but two small children in cots are also able to stay.
