Situated on the edge of Upton Towans Nature Reserve, the dune system that leads to Hayle beach. A 15 minute walk to reach the beach. The dunes themselves stretch for miles and are fanastic for walking, playing and wildlife watching with magnificant views to Godrevey and St Ives.
A short drive to major shops and other beaches, close to St Ives, Gwithian, Godrevey, Hayle, Penzance A30 and Paradise Park. An ideal location from which to explore the whole of Cornwall.
Marram Sands is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac between Hayle and Gwithian beaches. Near by there are cafes, restaurants and of course more beaches.
Three bedrooms are double, twin and high sleeper. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a lounge with TV/DVD CD and a conservatory.
To the rear of the property is a small garden area with covered pond, seating area and parking area, there is also a converted garage used as a games room.
Duvets supplied but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets etc. Electricity on £1 coin meter.
Long term winter lets also avaialble.

A30 Via Exeter to Hayle:
As the A30 appraoches Hayle there is a roundabout - take the Hayle exit. At the first mini roundabout turn right up Loggans Road towards Gwithian/Godrevy/Upton Towans. Proceed approximately 1 mile until you see a red letter box set in a wall on the left hand side and take this turning. Marram Sands is at the end of the terrace on the right hand side
