Tregoad Park Cottages with their oak and granite lintels, leaded windows, stone reveals and slate sills provide a homely atmosphere. They are set in a traditional Cornish farm courtyard and provide excellent accommodation for a short break or a two week relaxing holiday.
We have eight cottages in total in the courtyard development, of which there are four 2 bedroom, two 3 bedroom and two 1 bedroom.
The cottages are available fully equipped with all that you will need. The team at Tregoad Park will extend a warm and friendly welcome to every guest. Our cottages are the perfect place for a relaxing break, either a long weekend whilst touring or a couple of weeks to unwind. We are an ideal Cornish base for families or couples looking for a tranquil relaxing 'chill out' holiday in the low season and a fun filled family holiday in July and August.
Recently converted, all cottages are fitted to a high standard with pleasant country pine furniture, oak floors in the living area and carpet in each bedroom.
Each cottage includes: central heating, colour TV, DVD player and CD music system. Kitchens are equipped with: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, fan assisted oven, gas hob, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. There are enough pots, pans and cooking utensils to enable even the budding cordon bleu chef to create a culinary masterpiece!
Bathrooms are equipped with bath or shower and all have shaver sockets. The two bedroom cottages sleep 4 and have a spacious double and a twin bedded room ideally suited to the family. The master bedroom is equipped with a radio clock alarm and colour television and all bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.
The cottages are well insulated and double glazed. Each room has its own heating and for your safety smoke alarms are fitted throughout. Corridors and doorways are designed for wheelchair access. Cottages are non-smoking only and we are sorry but we cannot accept pets.
