A pleasant cottage with combined living and dining room with a kitchen area. Flat screen TV, a comfortable two-seater settee and pine dining furniture. The cottage has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with power shower.
Penny's (sleeps 4)

The Shippen (sleeps 4 + cot)
Refurbished for 2009. Large lounge with 32 inch flat screen TV,DVD. Dining alcove and separate kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher. Upstairs double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Kernewyck (sleeps 4 + cot) Refurbished for 2011.
Very large lounge with dining area,flat screen TV, DVD, separate kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs double bedroom plus bedroom with two single beds.
Caro's (sleeps 6 + cot)
Accessed by seven steps and a short grass pathway. Facing South over a lawned area with picnic table. Large kitchen with dining area and separate lounge,flat screen TV, DVD. Ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Main bathroom on ground floor. Upstairs twin bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds and hand basin.
All cottages have colour TVs DVD players, Videos, Freeview and Wi Fi. Kitchens have full size cookers and fridges, microwaves and toasters etc. All cottages except Old Stable have bathrooms with a full size suite and electric shower over the bath and either a heated towel rail or radiator plus an electric wall heater. Old Stable has an en-suite shower room.
Beds are made with duvets ready for your arrival. Please note towels are not provided but can be requested at a cost of £5 per set, one bath and one hand towel. Cottages are heated with either night storage heaters or full central heating. All electricity is included in the price. There is a laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer and also an outside drying area.
