This apartment is just five minutes walk from the main street and only 30 seconds walk from the ferry slip taking you to Polruan across the river and, in the summer, also to Mevagissey if you would like to venture further along the coast.
The Penthouse is ideal for a holiday that gives everyone bundles of space as all of the rooms are large and the apartment is very light and airy. The two bedrooms, one double, and one twin, each have an ensuite bath/shower room which is practical and gives optimum privacy for friends or families holidaying together.
The spacious living room leads out onto a balcony and is perfect to sit and watch the activity on the river. The second balcony is reached from the open plan kitchen/dining area and is perfect for al fresco dining but also the room has plenty of space for family and friends to sit around the table and enjoy a leisurely meal.
There is a study with a wonderful outlook to the harbour entrance and the sea beyond with desk and chairs for any unexpected work or merely to sit and read whilst gazing out at the view.
The apartment is approached down a flight of steps and so may not be suitable for some guests, Due to the height of the balconies it is unsuitable for children under 8
