Crovie is a small unique village situated on the Moray Firth; around 40 miles from Aberdeen and 10 miles from Banff. It is a historic 200 year old fishing village and is now a Designated Conservation Area. The fishermans cottages are nestled into the hillside, just 6 feet from the sea and there is no through road, so it is the ideal place to relax, unwind and watch the sea and wildlife.
The cottage downstairs has hallway, beamed kitchen/dining room with pine dining table seating six, the window overlooks the sea. The kitchen is well appointed and has an electric cooker, microwave and washer/dryer. A small shower room is located off the dining room. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, open fire and a flat screen TV/DVD/video and Digibox. Views to the sea.
Upstairs are two spacious twin rooms with large windows to the rear. There is ample storage room for clothes, luggage etc.
The property is all electric, with heaters available in all rooms. Hot water is by immersion heater. The house sleeps 4 people comfortably. Bed linen for 4 people and electricity is included.

Crovie is close to RSPB Troup Head Gannet Colony and there are number of boat/fishing trips available around the coast from Banff to see the birds and marine life including seals and, if you are lucky - the Moray Firth Dolphins.
Directions
Crovie is located 40 miles north of Aberdeen on the Moray Firth between Banff and Fraserburgh off the B9031. There is no through road through the village and a car park is available at the end of the village, with additional parking up the hill. 64 Crovie is at the other end of the village, approximately 0.25m on foot from the car park. A barrow is provided for transport of luggage and shopping.
