By car leave M20 junction 8 turn right and turn right at roundabout onto A20.
At signposted Maidstone Bearsted, drive through Bearsted on A20 and turn left at traffic lights Willington Street.
Follow the park walls and turn right into School Lane towards the end of this road. Just before the left fork follow the park wall down a small unmade road for 30 yards The Buttery is on your left.
