It is just a 10 minute walk away from Quay West Water Park, Torbay Leisure Centre with sports facilities and swimming pool, and Goodrington Railway Station where you can embark on a Steam Train ride to Dartmouth.
A nine hole Pitch and Putt Golf Course with Driving Range is only a 3 minute walk away.
Other local attractions include Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts and Kents Cavern.
