Sunways is a delightful self contained apartment adjacent to the owners large detached house situated in the popular Roundham area of Paignton.
Paignton harbour is just a short downhill walk in one direction, with the main beach and town centre area a little further on; or in the other direction from the apartment, the coast path takes visitors down to the popular Goodrington Beach area of the town.
The main living area is laid out on the first floor, with an open plan living area, which benefits from a sea glimpse from the velux windows.
The guests to the apartment also have use of the pleasant sunny garden to the front of the main house which is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Directions
After passing Paignton sea front and multiplex cinema, bear left around Paignton Harbour, then proceed up Roundham Hill.
Alta Vista Road continues straight ahead out of Roundham Road.
Sunways is on the right at the top of the hill, just before Highcliffe Mews.
