Bay View is a 2 bed apartment on the 2nd floor sleeping 2-4 persons + cot.

There is a twin bedded room (2ft 6in beds) with table & lamp,wall mirror, wardrobe, and heater. The double bedded room has tables and lamps, 3 drawer chest, large Pine wardrobe, heater and its own sink.
There is a separate shower room and separate toilet and sink.
The lounge has two 2 seater settees, side tables and lamp, fire in surround, TV, stereo radio/CD player, heater.

East Wing is a 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 2-4 persons + cot. Ground floor has entrance hall, understairs cupboard with £1 coin meter for electricity, ironing board/iron, high chair, games. A glazed door to lounge with double aspect windows, colour TV, stereo radio/CD player, 2 seater and 3 seater leather settees, table and lamp,wall heater. Glazed door to fully fitted kitchen with electric oven/gas hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, table and chairs.
Glazed door leads to small conservatory with washing machine and door to private garden with Patio area, table and chairs. Top of the garden a Rotary washing line.
Stairs to 1st floor landing off which is Bathroom with Bath and separate shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
On this floor is the double bedroom, with double aspect windows, sea views, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, tables lamps and heater.
Stairs lead to 2nd floor twin bedded room with double aspect windows, sea views, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, tables, lamps & heater.
