There are fine local beaches of various types, from the cove of Woody Bay (10 minutes walk), to the sandy foreshore of Ventnor, with Steephill Cove (20 minutes walk) in between. All parts of the Island are within easy reach.
The nearby Botanic Gardens offer testimony to Woodcliffe's sheltered climate, suiting early and late season holidays. Ideal for couples and families.

Equidistant from all three Island entry points, we're located in St Lawrence, on the Ventnor to Niton road ("The Undercliffe"), opposite the Church. We can also be reached easily on foot from Ryde pier by train and train-link bus.
