The location of the cottage gives easy access to the attractions of Sherwood Forest and Nottinghamshire. This beautifully restored early Victorian cottage is situated in the conservation area on the edge of a quiet village.
The cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms (one double bed & 2 singles + cot/bunk beds available on request). There is a bed settee in the sitting room that can accommodate a further 2 guests. The cottage stands in its own garden which is lawned with flower beds and mature trees. The large south facing sheltered garden is perfect for relaxing.
Under floor central heating, gas and electricity are included.
The original 2 up, 2 down cottage has been fully restored and has been sensitively extended at the rear in keeping with the style of the original cottage. Most rooms have beams and there are internal old pine shutters in the upstairs rooms. There is a large south facing patio and a range of outbuildings. 3 cars can be parked on the drive.
